1. 主題と目標/授業の手法など

    This course aims at providing basic understanding of entrepreneurship: knowledge about business modeling and entrepreneurial mindset.
    There are three components in this course. Firstly, this course emphasizes on technology entrepreneurship, focusing on technology as the method for problem solving. Secondly, many guest speakers will be invited. Their rich entrepreneurial experiences will provide good lessons for your new EMERGING BUSINESS. Thirdly, action study opportunity will be created for your business preparation. As a requirement in this course, you will need to write your business plan as an assignment. Apart from doing it as an individual work, you can opt for group work learning and create international dream team with foreign university students. On a voluntary basis, you are able to promote your business plan directly to the venture capitalist.
    At the end of this course, you are able to 1) Foster entrepreneurship mind, 2) Understand necessary factors to business planning, and 3) Receive know-how about adapting technology to business.

    第1回 Overview/Introductry 27-Sep
    There are many issues to consider when you select an entrepreneur as your career: how to promote your plan and yourself to some partners, such as management team, investor, and customer. What is the risk on your career? What are the advantages in university startup? We will argue these issues among the students in Keio University and in Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

    We learn about the strategy to connect university research with commercialization. Are there strategic points whereby research outcome can be incorporated? We will invite Prof. Sureswaran Ramadass, who has successful experience to discuss about his strategies.
