Procedure for Course Registration
* The following procedures must be completed in the following order
by the stipulated deadlines in order to successfully register for e-Courses.

2 - [Application for Second Screening ("Web Kamoku Shutsugan")]
3 - [Application for Final Screening ("Dai-Ni-Ji Shutsugan")]

SFC-GC User Registration (Only for students not yet registered)
A GC account is required for an application. Applicants who have not yet registered should complete user registration prior to sending in an application.
- Application for First Screening ("Dai-Ichi-Ji Shutsugan")
Sep. 6 (Mon.) - 10 (Fri.)
Please provide the following information: Name, address, contact details, date of birth, academic background, professional background, research experience, courses you would like to apply for, study environment, and so forth.
Please note that the closing date for applicants concurrently applying as commuting-style Special Students is Sep 9 (Thurs.).
Please provide all details in the Application Form.

(Data provided can be changed as many times as necessary prior to the closing date.)
* Students, who are enrolled in e-Courses in the Spring Semester 2010 and wish to continue taking e-Courses in the following fall semester
need not submit an application for first screening ("Dai-Ichi-Ji Shutsugan"),
but should start procedures from Application for Second Screening ("Web Kamoku Shutsugan").
* Keio University students in Bachelor/Master's/Doctoral courses
need not submit an application for first screening ("Dai-Ichi-Ji Shutsugan"),
but should start procedures from Application for Second Screening ("Web Kamoku Shutsugan").

Sep. 13 (Mon.) (tentative)
Results will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of registration.
- Application for Second Screening ("Web Kamoku Shutsugan")
Sep. 14 (Tue.) - 18 (Sat.) (due at 10:00 p.m.)
For Keio University students in Bachelor/Master's/Doctoral courses:
Sep. 13 (Mon.) - 18 (Sat.) (due at 10:00 p.m.)
Please provide your reasons for interest in a particular subject and any other information as required by the lecturer.
Use this Application Form to register required details. - Available from Sep. 14
(Data provided can be changed as many times as necessary prior to the closing date.)
- Announcement of Second Screening Results
Sep. 22 (Wed.) (tentative)
Results will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of registration.
Applicants who have received permission from the faculty members in charge of the courses can commence their studies by logging in on the e-Course student page.

- Application for Final Screening ("Dai-Ni-Ji Shutsugan") - By post
Sep. 24 (Fri.) - Oct. 4 (Mon.)
Please send in an application for final screening during this period.

* The screening fee is valid until the end of academic year. The course registration after
the academic year requires an additional screening fee.
If students wish to apply for additional courses in different undergraduate and/or
graduate schools within a single academic year, they are not required to pay an
additional screening fee.
* If Keio University students in Bachelor/Master's/Doctoral courses wish to take e-Courses,
they should submit an application for the second screening("Web Kamoku Shutsugan") only.
Students may register e-Courses at the campus they belong to after they obtain approval from
the faculty members in charge of the courses.
- Announcement of Successful Applicants: Late Oct.
Screening results for each course will be delivered.
Any course material that cannot be downloaded from the online source will also be delivered at this time.

Those approved for registration should post in all required documentation by the closing date for registration.
